Now that I’ve got a new computer, I decided to go back to a game I furiosly played about a year ago. Mirror’s Edge is a jump & run game in first person perspective. You play as Faith, a free-runner who delivers illegal packages and helping your sister out of a miserable situation. As the plot is very doubtful and has only few twists I don’t want to give it away. Let’s be honest: Gaming is fun. But gaming in Coop¹ is even more fun. The problem, however, is that there are not too many games out there that’ll actually work in coop against bots. Sometimes it’s because of technical difficulties, sometimes it’s because of design mistakes which can kill the fun. Don’t say you don’t about Half Life. If you do – shame on you and good that you’re here to learn about it, because this is one of the most important games EVER!

Half Life is a FPS¹ series by Valve² that started out in 1998 where you play as Gordon Freeman, a theoretical physicist, who causes a rift in the space-time continuum, letting aliens enter our world. While you try to survive the alien forces, the government tries to cover up the incident by sending soldiers that kill everyone on their way. On your way out you have to shoot, jump and solve some logic puzzles.
